Appearance: Light yellow granular or crushed form.  

Properties and Usage:

1. Benzene soluble polyamide resin

It contains long fatty hydrocarbon molecules of carbon chain, and a good deflection of ink on the printed materials given excellent adhesion, moderate softening point, excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, good solubility in the mixed solution of benzene and alcohol, modulate ink convenient, saving time, good fluidity and high fastness of printed products, ink printing adaptability, colorful.

Used for various gravure plastic printing ink, varnish oil, seal coating, suitable for low speed to high speed printing press.

Remark: DT556 is special for untreated film

       DT530L is special for anti-frozen printing ink, which could resist temperature -20C.

2. Alcohol soluble polyamide resin

It has excellent alcohol solubility, and good compatibility with nitrocellulose, superior Freeze-resistance, water resistant, anti-gel properties. Good gloss, flow and pigment wetting, good adhesion to base material.  

Used for high-speed flexible plastic printing ink, Flexographic Inks, anastatic ink, seal coating, beaded paint etc.

Remark: DT626A is special for high temperature resistance ink, which could resist 300C

                 DT626B is special for high temperature resistance ink, which could resist 180C

Remark: 1. We could adjust the viscosity to small range as customer`s request

                 2. If printing temperature low than 0C, please use our cold-resist type and told us the temperature should be resisted.

Packing: In 25kg bags craft paper bag

Quantity: Around 15mts/20`fcl without pallet or 12mts/20`fcl with pallet.

Storage: Keep in cool and dry place, far away from high temperature and sunshine.

Shelf life: Within one year.
